Um, what do you mean? Are you asking about the get-togethers or the

and there are three parts to the site. One area is where we all submit our

| Megan, asyou know, Ive also got an arthritic condition *and* Im doing
fitness videos au moment. (Well, not at this very second, as Im in front
of a computer, but you know ).
Its tempting to get another yoga one, since the woman who did the one
I have currently has a new one at #1 on the Amazon list, but I have
also thought about doing something different.
Thing is, I have quite bad joints, very stiff and yoga has been good
in that it doesnt strain them too much. I am just nervous that
anything too bouncy will risk injury. |
| Last but not least, I reserve a special loathing for the word ‘buns.’ It
strikes me as both cute and coy, and reminds me of dreadful infomercials for
eighties-era fitness videos like “Buns of Steel.” Ugh and a half. |
| Being obsessed with Boot Camp simulated TV shows that WHIP you back
into shape (Survivor, Big Brother, The Mole, and Boot Camp). Need I
say more? These people have to be in tiptop shape to endure such
browbeating. Not to worry though, The Boot Camp Workout Videos
produce powerful and exciting military-style workouts, but with a
style that is fun, and for all fitness levels, men and women! |
