From Memory the Title is fit for golf
he also wrote a Book for senior golfers which has a large section
devoted to fitness.
regardless every book i have seen by gary Player has a section on
fitness.

proposed senior newsgroups, and the need to reduce the number of groups in

The book for seniors was Golf Begins at 50 Published by Simon and Schuster 1988, so it may be out
of print. The fitness section is pretty basic stuff though, stretches and light weights. Someone
gave it to me for my 50th birthday. |
