| This post is for anyone thinking about buying exercise equipment for
the home. I was having trouble figuring out which workout equipment was
good for me, and I came across an article that provides info on buying
treadmills, steppers, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers. It also has
information on the benefits of cardio exercise, maximum heart rate, and
target heart rate. It was really informative…anyone interested should
check it out. I ended up buying a Reebok Elliptical Crosstrainer from
the Sports Authority. Here’s the link: |
